Shipping policy

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Showroom Pickup (Riga)

  • It is also possible to receive your order directly at the Linoteka showroom:
    Elizabetes street 20, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.

  • Orders can usually be collected on the next business day or at an agreed time.

Domestic Delivery (Latvia)

  • Orders are processed (prepared and packed) within 2–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Domestic shipping is carried out by Latvian Post, Omniva, or DPD.

  • Delivery within Latvia may take 7–10 business days after payment is received.

International Delivery

  • We offer worldwide delivery through DHL courier service.

  • Deliveries are door-to-door on weekdays (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00).

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is one where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

  • International orders are shipped only after payment is received. Handling and preparation may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid directly to your local customs authority or courier.

  • We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

  • If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
