Refund policy
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it - no explanation needed.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them: clean, unused, unworn, free from odors, without snags or pulls in the fabric, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund your payment (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
