All our textiles are handwoven with care. We do our best to describe materials, sizes, and colors accurately. Please note that small variations may occur, as each item is handmade.

PRICES & PAYMENT

• All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

• The full payment must be made before shipping.

• We accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed through our payment service provider.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

• Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Showroom Pickup (Riga)

• Orders can usually be collected on the next business day or at an agreed time.

Domestic Delivery (Latvia)

• Orders are processed (prepared and packed) within 2–3 business days after receiving payment.

• Domestic shipping is carried out by Latvian Post, Omniva, or DPD.

• Delivery within Latvia may take 7–10 business days after payment is received.

International Delivery

• We offer worldwide delivery through DHL courier service.

• Deliveries are door-to-door on weekdays (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00).

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

• Please ensure the delivery address provided is one where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.

• International orders are shipped only after payment is received. Handling and preparation may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Costs & Customs

• Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

• For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid directly to your local customs authority or courier.

• We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

• If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it - no explanation needed.

• To return your order, please e-mail us at linoteka.latvia@gmail.com.

• Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them: clean, unused, unworn, free from odors, without snags or pulls in the fabric, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

• Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund your payment (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty.

• Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
